Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached to the clothing.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
